Machine Incorporated has been
supplying custom, precision machined parts to a variety
of commercial and defense companies for
over 20 years. Starting with the
procurement of raw material, we can finish your
part through all special processes needed, including
plating, painting, heat treating, and mechanical
assembly.
Currently we
are adding to our mechanical assembly capabilities.
Lean manufacturing was an initiative that our customers
started implementing a few years ago. They came to us
and asked if we would be able to participate in their
lean manufacturing programs.
We
helped our customers by supplying higher-level
assemblies and sub-assemblies rather than just
individual precision-machined parts.
Our
mechanical assembly capabilities range from hardware
installation to kit creation to electro-mechanical
assemblies. We produce commercial and defense
related assemblies from simple ones with only a few
parts to very complex ones with hundreds of parts.
Our
mechanical assembly department is also responsible for
just-in-time delivery inventories.
