ESTIMATING AND QUOTING ENGINEER
We are Seeking a person to join our team in Estimating and Quoting Department.
This is a fast paced position of preparing quotes and estimates for precision machine components and sub-assemblies. The position would also include performing time studies, compiling data and analyzing accuracy of quotations.
The ideal candidate would have a technical background, with the ability to read precision machined component drawings with understanding of electro mechanical components.
This is a growth position for an organized, energetic “can do” person who Can get things done and is comfortable with multitasking.
CNC multi-axis Lathe
Ideal candidate must be able to edit G-code programs and set-up new and repeat jobs. Knowledge of Nakamura brand equipment and Swiss screw experience a plus. The ideal candidate will have production machining experience in a fast paced precision environment with a minimum of 5 years experience.
- A thorough understanding of G-code program reading and Fanuc controls
- Candidate must be detail orientated, organized and efficient.
- Experience with Multi Axis Live tooling Machining
- Must communicate well with production and inspection personnel.
CNC Milling Operator/ Set-Up
Ideal candidate will have experience in a precision production machining environment.
- A thorough understanding of G-code program reading and Fanuc controls
- Candidate must be detail orientated, organized and efficient.
- Experience with pallet change Machining centers, both vertical and Horizontal a plus
- Must communicate well with production and inspection personnel.
ELECTRO MECHANICAL TECH
Seeking a person to join our team in our growing Assembly Department.
This is a varied and fast paced key position performing hands on assembly and testing along with ordering components, inventory management and time studies.
The ideal candidate would have a technical background, with the ability to read drawings with understanding of electro mechanical components.
This is a growth position for an organized, energetic “can do” person who
can get things done and is comfortable with multitasking.
Precision de-burring position
The ideal candidate will have production de-burring experience in a precision environment, be capable
of de-burring and inspecting medical and aerospace parts under magnification.
- Must be experienced in precise de-burring with hand tools under magnification.
- Candidate must be detail orientated, organized and efficient.
